Why should I sell my items on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site?
The Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site is the official marketplace for buying and selling gently used items from Michael Kors. Our goal is to give you the best value for your item, give you an opportunity to sell it quickly, and give each item a new beginning with another stylish Michael Kors customer, extending its lifespan and helping to reduce waste.
While anyone can shop on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site, only KORSVIP members can list items for sale on the Site. How do I sell my pre-loved item on the Site?
You must be a KORSVIP member to sell on Michael Kors Pre-Loved.
KORSVIP members can set up a Michael Kors Pre-Loved account using the email address associated with your KORSVIP account on Preloved.MichaelKors.com to access past orders from Michael Kors stores and MichaelKors.com. Once logged in, choose the item you want to sell from your KORSVIP account purchase history and follow the prompts.

Please provide complete and accurate information about the item’s condition, including accurate and truthful photos of the items since you will only receive your gift card once the buyer confirms its condition. We review all submissions to the Site for completeness and accuracy, and have the right to approve or deny listings for any reason. Please note that certain Michael Kors items, including those from our current and core collections, may not be approved to be sold on the Site at this time. Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing! Until your listing is approved, however, you will not be able to share it on the Site. Our review and approval process takes approximately 2 business days.
What if my item isn’t in my purchase history?
An item might not show up in your purchase history if you did not purchase it through your KORSVIP account--either by checking out as a guest online or by not sharing the email address associated with your KORSVIP account with a store associate at the time of purchase. Currently, Michael Kors doesn’t allow sellers to sell items from outside of their KORSVIP account purchase history. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you enjoy shopping on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site!

Do you have tips for taking pictures of my item?
Place your item on a flat surface (like a table or a bed) with a solid background. Snap photos of the front, back and inside. Please also take accurate close-up photos of any imperfections on the item. If it’s new-with-tags, don’t forget to take a photo of the price tag too!
What can I sell?
You can sell Michael Kors handbags, small leather goods and shoes previously purchased on MichaelKors.com and in Michael Kors retail stores using your KORSVIP account.
Once your item is approved, it will appear on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site for any customer to purchase.

How do I price my item?
You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend a price based on the item’s original price and current condition. We’ll then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges. These prices are subject to modification during the approval process by Michael Kors. Taxes will be added at time of checkout.
How is my product approved?
Our dedicated quality team reviews every Michael Kors Pre-Loved item before it goes live. We want to help ensure that your item sells quickly and your buyer is happy! What we look for:
- Accurate, high-quality photos
- Detailed and accurate photos and descriptions of blemishes or wear
- Accurate rating of the item’s condition (New With Tags, Excellent, Good)
- Authenticity!
When and how will I be paid?
Orders must be shipped using the pre-paid shipping label sent to the email address linked to your KORSVIP account. When USPS notifies our system that the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm and rate the item. Once the buyer confirms the item arrived in the condition you described in the listing, you will receive 80% of the sale price in the form of a Michael Kors e-gift card that you can use on MichaelKors.com or in-store (i.e. when you sell an item for $100, you get an $80 Michael Kors e-gift card).
If the buyer does not reply within 3 days of receiving the item, we’ve got you covered. You will automatically receive your e-gift card after the 3-day period has passed. E-gift cards will be sent via email to the email address linked to
your KORSVIP account.
What are the fees for selling my items here?
As a seller, you will receive 80% of your listed resale price in the form of an e-gift card from Michael Kors.
How do I use my store credit?
We issue store credit for sales made through the Site as an electronic Michael Kors gift card to be redeemed at MichaelKors.com or any participating Michael Kors store location, subject to the applicable terms and conditions for such card. Next time you shop on MichaelKors.com, select Gift Card as the form of payment and enter the code in the box, or present your e-gift card at the time of purchase in participating Michael Kors stores. At this time, Michael Kors gift cards cannot be used as a form of payment on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site.
Can I sell an item if I live outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we aren’t supporting international shipping at this time on Michael Kors Pre-Loved. The pre-paid shipping labels we provide only cover domestic shipping.
How is shipping handled?
Once your item has sold, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via the email associated with your KORSVIP account. If you do not send the item within 3 business days of such email, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.
Neatly pack your item along with its respective label and drop the package at your nearest U.S. post office or schedule a free USPS package pickup.
Do you have any packing tips?
Ensure the item is in excellent condition by cleaning it according to its care label and emptying the pockets. Pack the item thoughtfully in packaging that you would be excited to open.
Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. We encourage you to reuse Michael Kors packaging from previous purchases or other quality recycled material. Note: you can use a USPS box, available for free at any post office.
I am unable to locate my Michael Kors Pre-Loved Gift Card. What should I do?
Please reach out to Michael Kors customer support at customerservice@michaelkors.com for assistance. Make sure to provide the email address associated with your KORSVIP account to allow the support team to locate your gift card. Gift cards are subject to their applicable terms and conditions.

Anyone in the United States can purchase an item on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site. However, only KORSVIP members may sell items on Michael Kors Pre-Loved.
What can I find on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site?
You will find real Michael Kors customers selling their gently used handbags, small leather goods and shoes. These items are sold and shipped directly to you by a Michael Kors customer. You may also find a selection of products fulfilled by us—look for the “MK Supply” tag. Lastly, you will find items marked “Restored,” indicating that they have been expertly refurbished and are ready for a second life.
How do I pay for a Michael Kors Pre-Loved item?
Simply “Add to Cart'' and proceed through the secure checkout on PreLoved.MichaelKors.Com. Any items in your cart on MichaelKors.Com must be purchased separately.
How are the items for sale on the Michael Kors Pre-Loved Site priced?
We provide a suggested price based on the condition of the item listed and the item’s age, calculated as a percentage off the original price (“New With Tags” would have a suggested price of 20% off MSRP). However, the seller can set any price they choose. Taxes are added at time of checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We ask our sellers to ship your order via USPS standard shipping within 3 business days of the order being placed on Michael Kors Pre-Loved. We will send you the tracking number once the item ships, and it typically arrives within 3-5 days of shipment.

Can I buy an item if I live outside the United States?

I received my order! What next?
Once your order has been delivered, you’ll receive an email to confirm and rate the item’s condition. If the item meets (or exceeds!) your expectations, please give the seller a rave review. If your item’s condition does not meet the seller’s description, you can open a dispute within 3 days of delivery. And of course, our customer support specialists are always happy to help you.
Can I return my Michael Kors Pre-Loved purchase?
All purchases on the Site are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, unless we determine that the item received is in a condition different than that described by the seller. If you receive an item that you don’t think matches the seller’s description, you can open a dispute. If we confirm the dispute, we’ll issue a refund and ask that you kindly return the item. What happens if my Michael Kors Pre-Loved item never arrives?
If the seller does not ship your item within a reasonable amount of time, our customer support team will issue you a refund. You will be updated periodically until the purchase is ultimately received or refunded.
What does it means if an item is tagged “Restored”?
Pieces marked “Restored” are rescued Michael Kors products that have been expertly refurbished and are ready for a second life.
